You can come to Kyrenia via IST directly. TK has very frequent transit flight fm IST to ERC ( very close to Kyrenia)

Do I Need a Visa to Travel to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus?
Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus offers nationals of almost all countries visa-free entry. Foreigners who would like to travel to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus must apply for an entry visa with valid travel documents at the designated ports.
The only exception to this policy is the nationals of the Syrian Arab Republic, the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Republic of Armenia. Citizens of those countries need to apply in person to a consular mission of the TRNC.
Visitors can stay for up to 90 days .Those who wish to stay for more than 90 days must get a residence permit.
